Move Well, Eat Well, Think Well
I want to share with you three fundamental principles to a healthy life:
- Move Well: Keep moving! That means you shouldn’t binge watch TV, or sit at your office desk for many hours straight. Breaks are important to your spinal health, even if they are short.
- Move Well Part 2: Proper spinal movement through continued chiropractic care is essential to preventing accelerated spinal degeneration and ensuring healthy nerve function.
- Eat Well: What you put into your body can be the best form of medicine or the worst form of poison. Choose wisely. Processed and artificial foods should be avoided.
- Think Positively: We live in our minds; therefore, what you think is where you are and where you are destined to head. Think positively and your life will lead you to great places.
