Dr. Gabe’s coaching process for health and wellness involves guiding clients toward achieving their personal health goals through a structured and supportive approach. It includes:

  • Initial Assessment – Understanding the client’s health history, lifestyle, and goals.
  • Goal Setting – Collaborating with the client to establish realistic and achievable health objectives based on a vision of what their “healthiest self” could look like.
  • Action Planning – Developing personalized strategies and step-by-step plans to implement healthy behaviors.
  • Ongoing Support & Accountability – Providing motivation, tracking progress, and adjusting plans as needed.
  • Education & Empowerment – Equipping clients with knowledge, tools, and confidence to sustain long-term wellness.
  • Evaluation & Reflection – Reviewing progress, celebrating achievements, and identifying areas for continued growth.

The process is client-centered, fostering self-discovery and long-term behavior change through encouragement, active listening, and strategic guidance. Dr. Gabe focuses on four main points in his health coaching: Move well, Eat Well, Think Well, and Connect Well.
